The Real Deal Airsoft Optimized CNC Gearset. 

These gears have a re-engineered Tappet Cam positioning which change your tappet timing within your gearbox.. and changes it for the better ! 

Achieve higher FPS outputs, and much more consistent feeding on full auto. 

With our Real Deal Gears, your tappet plate will be picked up later, leaving your nozzle seated against the bucking longer. This allows more time for the nozzle to vibrate less & seal more. Compared to older generation gearsets, you will notice better compression, higher FPS outputs, and better feeding overall.

Meshing is great but the tappet cam position is overcorrectet, there is no advantage in having the nozzle still sealed while the piston is allready being pulled back it just narrows the time window of feeding. Highly recommend shortstroking away the first pickup tooth when exceeding 35 rps to get optimal tappet timing

Hey brother , for high speed builds over 35 rps it's recommended to observe the tappet release and ensure it releases with the last 2-3 teeth held by the sector gear. You may need to shortened the tappet plate or cut at an angle. After that tuning youl have wicked permformance ,
