The Real Deal Damascus MK18 is based off the CYMA Platinum Series. Boasting a Full Metal Daniel Defense Receiver set, as well as a Daniel Defense 12'' Quad Rail.
This Platform has a true quick change spring system aka QBS, quick buffer system. This allows the user to simply twist the buffer tube one turn and off it comes exposing the guide plug which is screwed into the receiver with a flat head screw driver. Makes changing your spring fast & easy.
Externally the receiver set has been custom laser engraved with The Real Deal Airsoft's "Real Deal Damascus" texture that extends onto the trigger itself.
Low Ratio Short Stroked Gearset makes for super crispy semi response and a very healthy 32 RPS on auto.

This replica is exactly what I ordered and then some! Really good range, super snappy trigger and full auto is out of this world.
So first let me start by saying I've owned this gun for about a year I wanted to wait to review as I thoroughly put this aeg to the test I am about 20 yrs playing airsoft with a few breaks in between I own quite a few replicas both high end and stock and this has been my go to gun since I've got it with .28 I have no problem taking targets at 250 to 300 ft slightly overhoped quality and performance are unmatched real deal has put a phenomenal package together for a budget price I've seen built aeg go for almost double this price the workmanship and build quality is amazing if u are on the fence I would say to u just get it u won't be disappointed so far in a year of playing about 2 to 3 times a month outdoors and plinking in the yard I've had no issues just clean innerbarrel regularly and the cheeks will stay getting clapped thanks real deal for amazing products I can't wait for my next build to be finished
Gun shoots great, that being said... I would assume Mr. Real Deal did not do this build himself, as there are scratches/damage to barrel threads and tool damage on the gun. I have watched The Real Deal and learned everything I know of EMG's from his YT videos, this gun is lacking the attention to detail I observe him strictly follow. Last but certainly not least, at no fault of Real Deal, this Daniel Defense gun quality is hardly on par with even the plastic Lancer I own. Spend more, buy a better pre-build option from Mr. Real Deal.
