I bought it with the real deal pinion head and it doesn’t mesh which was surprising from being from the same manufacturer but I seems like a solid bevel gear
These are our OEM pinions from our motors that are designed to mesh with shs bevel gears. Your technicians work is questionable. They 100 percent mesh with shs bevel gears. Perhaps your technician is not using proper grips with proper motor angles. I can confirm that they do indeed mesh perfectly.
Reccomend a PTS grip to your technician for proper motor angle. They do mesh perfectly. It’s our OEM pinion from our motors. I install them literally every single day.
Also the choice of bearings / bushing you use play a significant role. If your technician is using stock bearings or bushings , than that is the problem right there. They are too thick and don’t offer enough room to shim shs. You need to have the technician install proper parts such as a PTS grip combined with real deal low profile bushings and I 100 percent guarantee it will magically mesh perfectly.
They are so convenient because you dont have to buy a whole gear set
