Our Brushless motors come with a beefier higher voltage 25V Capacitor inside the ECU.  These motors boast reliability, it can handle much higher voltage spikes and can handle lower levels of Active Breaking. The only downside is you are required to use an 11.1V battery and not a 7.4V battery for proper Real Deal operation.

Brushless Motors are currently the top of the line in terms of performance & efficiency within AEG systems. If you want to squeeze the absolute BEST performance out of your replica, this motor is the right choice. 

Product Specs 

• 33K RPM Stepless Speed Regulation with a range of 50%-100%. For higher FPS Builds, DMR Builds, or LMG Builds, lowering RPM is a common practice. Be careful with adjustment , do not apply a lot of pressure. 16.5k-33k RPM. 

• High Strength Heat Treated D Style Pinion. Makes for easy removal for replacement of pinion in event of an intolerance (aka Terrible Shimming). 

• Thread Locked Pinion. Pinion has been secured with thread locker and you the user do not have to worry about the pinion slipping off into your gearbox.

• High Thermal Efficiency, Higher Power output, Lower Amp Draw. This basically means your motor will not get hot because of how efficient the motor is when compared to the direct Brushed counterpart. This motor will draw less amps to do the same work. Increased AEG efficiency. Cooler motors, longer battery life.

INSTALLATION & TECH HELP 

Please remove heat shrink off tabs & Pre Fit your mosfet wire Spade Connectors to your motor leads before installation.

If you see a very tight fit, we must loosen the connectors with tweezers, a small flat head driver, or a different motor not being used, insert the tool of your choice into the spade connector to make for an easier fit. Once you see your mosfet wire slips onto the Motor Tabs well, you are then good to go ahead with the final installation.  

Brushless motors cycle so fast that the user must be aware of some supporting parts required to achieve flawless performance of the entire system of the gearbox. Because of its sheer speed, a few things need to be considered  

1 - Reduced weight of assembly. FPS Softair Piston head or a polymer Piston Head Recommended for builds 33 RPS +. Necessary for DSG. Common Combo is Real Deal AOE Mod Bonded Piston Assembly x FPS Softair Piston Head. 

2- Single Sector Gear builds should be using our Real Deal High Speed Delay Chip, unless using our optimized gearsets. Delay chips not needed.

3- Single Sector Gear builds we recommend to short stroke a tooth or two from the Pick up side of the sector gear. Not necessary but this aids in preventing any PME that could be potentially causes from aggressive competition style semi spamming performance or just crazy AUTO dumps. 

Never connect in reverse polarity. Meaning don't put a positive wire on the negative tab and the negative wire on the positive tab and power up. This will fry your ESC Board. 

Short type motors are not compatible with v2 gearboxes.
